Refund Policy for 2023 – 2024
All monies paid on reservations are considered deposits.
The following policy will apply:
All deposits can be held on account for up to one year (1) year from the date of original reservation.
NO REFUND AFTER CHECK-IN | NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW
- Cancellations for death or medical emergencies may be available on a case by case basis AND only for immediate family (father, mother, son, daughter).
- Appropriate papers (death certificates, hospital verifications, etc.) must be supplied upon request.
- Any approved refund will be charged a 20% handling fee.
- NO refund will be given without Manager’s approval.
ALL refunds will be paid in the form of a check.
It takes approximately 30 days for the customer to receive a refund check.
For our seasonal guests (November thru April) all deposits may be eligible for an 80% refund if canceled prior to October 1st of the same year.
