Reservations less than 3 months are guaranteed a site, but not a specific site.

Yes, we allow tent camping April – October. One tent per site.  Maximum 6 night stay.

No, but the majority of our winter time guest are retired or ‘snowbirds’. We welcome vacationing families throughout the year.

We do not carry RV parts or supplies.

There are 3 beaches that are all within an 18 mile drive.

Yes, we do.  All operators must have valid drivers license.

Yes, we have a 10 year rule. RV’s older than 10 years accepted with management approval.

We have pull thru sites that offer 30 amp service, water and electric

We offer many sites that have oak trees and beautiful spanish moss.

One vehicle is included with the reservation. A $40.00 fee is added for an addtional vehicle. Only two vehicles are allowed.  Motorcycles and golf carts are allowed, at no addtional charge

Security cameras are located through the property. Night security is also provided.

Propane is available on site.

The pool is equipped with a heat pump. It cools the water in summer, heats the water in winter. The pool temperature is maintained between 84 – 86 degrees year round.

Numerous activities and events are available, beginning with Thansgiving in November and running through March. Please refer to our Events listed on the drop down box. Daily activities are listed in the Breaking News section.

When using a debit card, cash or check there are no fees. We do honor Visa, Master Charge, Discover, American Express, a 3% processing fee will be applied
